Welcome to Dear Mr. By accessing or using Dear Mr. (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About Dear Mr.

Dear Mr. is a free, fan-made fantasy setlist game for Phish fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Phish, Phish.net, Phish Touring Inc., or any related entities. All references to Phish, song titles, and setlist data are used for fan entertainment purposes only.

Dear Mr. is not a gambling or wagering platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. The game is purely for fun and bragging rights among friends.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dear Mr. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

When using Dear Mr. — including league chat (“The Lot”) — you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that targets individuals based on protected characteristics.
• Spam, advertise, or post unsolicited promotional content.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game scoring.
• Impersonate other users or Dear Mr. staff.
• Post content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the community or the Service. You may also delete your own account at any time from the Account page.

Intellectual Property

The Dear Mr. name, logo, and original application code are our property. Phish song names, setlist data, and related content belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership over any Phish-related intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and setlist data will always be accurate or timely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dear Mr. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
